NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2018 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 11, 2024, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017-CA-001986-O (35) of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AQ1, Plaintiff, and LIZ ROSARIO; KENNY RIVERA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ARIEL BENITO; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
